Overflow Separator

Separator with content overflowing into blocks above or below

The Overflow Separator is used to position content (usually images)
independently of block borders. As the name suggests, the Overflow Separator
is placed between two blocks and overflow into one or both of them.

The separator block itself has a zero (0px) height. Only the content of the
separator is visible and overflow into the blocks above and/or below.
